About the single account

With your username and password, you can connect to the sites and apps of all Groupe SEB brands.


Q: Why have a single user account for all the brands?

A: The aim of the single account is to make it easier for you to use the apps and sites of the Groupe SEB brands. Each brand has a website (or websites) with a secure personal space. Some products are also connected and/or work with apps. These sites and apps provide you with information on the brands' products, simplify the use of the products or enhance the service. To use them you need to create a personal account with information on your profile together with a username and a password. With a single account, you can connect to all these services with the same username and password. You only need to provide the information required for sign-up and the use of services once.


Q: How will this help me as a user?

A: The single account brings you a better user experience in your interactions with all the brands. Apart from the fact that you only need a single user name and password, you will have access within each tool to information such as your profile, delivery addresses, saved products and your choices preferences. Each site or app contains all the information on your account, and if you choose to, you can receive information and customized offers.


Q: How will my information be used? Which information is shared?

A: The information collected is used in strict compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use and the personal data policy that you accept when creating your account. The information used is the data you provided in your various interactions with Groupe SEB brands. This includes the information you provide to us when calling our Consumer Service and the data provided when taking part in a sales campaign by a Groupe SEB brand. All this information is shared between the brands and departments of Groupe SEB. It is used to improve service quality and – with your consent – provide you with customized content in line with your profile, saved products or the accessories you have purchased from Groupe SEB on line.


Q: If I create an account, will I be solicited by all Groupe SEB's brands?

When you create an account on a site or app of one of the Groupe SEB brands and you agree, by checking the relevant box, to the use of your personal data to receive customized information and sales offers, you will receive customized information and sales offers by that brand (and only that brand). In your account settings, you can manage your subscriptions to Groupe SEB brand newsletters and may also unsubscribe to no longer receive customized information and sales offers.


Q: Can I access the information shared by all the brands?

A: You can use a link in your user account to ask Groupe SEB to inform you of the information collected and shared by the brands.


Q: Can I cancel my account with just one brand?

A: No. Canceling your account with Groupe SEB brand will automatically cancel all the accounts you have with all Groupe SEB brands. But you can manage the communication received from each brand withing your single account.


Q: What happens if I cancel my account?

A: If you cancel your account, all the data corresponding to the account will be deleted along with access to all of Groupe SEB's sites, appliances and apps. You will no longer have access to your account data and will be obliged to create a new account if you wish to connect to the various services.


Q: What happens if I forget or change my username and password?

A: You can reset your password or change your username on any brand site or app you like. At the same time, you can update your information via a secure process.


Q: If I change my password for one brand, will it be changed on the sites, appliances and apps of the other brands?

A: Yes. If you change your password on one site or app, you change it for all the other tools. However, when you create your new password you can choose to stay logged in or log out from other Groupe SEB appliances, sites and apps. In the first case, you will not be automatically logged out from these tools and you will be able to continue using them if your sessions are still open without having to enter your new password. But if you choose to log out from these tools, or if your sessions are interrupted, you will have to log in again with your new username and password.
